About Us
We are a small group of people attempting to solve the electoral reform problem by promoting a solution that can achieve a consensus across Canada.
The people currently involved in this project have voted for five different Canadian political parties.
About the Inventor
Heart and Head was invented by Henry Hoeksma, a software design professional with several decades of experience designing software systems.
Mr. Hoeksma has worked in small, medium, and large businesses, the government, and universities as a software engineer, manager, and lecturer. He holds three U.S. patents.
He has a BSc(CS) from the University of New Brunswick and a MMath(CS) from the University of Waterloo.
